New office attained…

I’m not sure how many steps total there will be, but we’re pretty sure that step one is out or the way.  We are in our new space.  We had it painted green to remind us of the ultimate goal.  Other than that, the “corkscrew” light bulbs are in place, we have re-used a number of desks and such from previous offices, and we are talking about “greenscaping” the interior with some actual plants.

We are also looking to start hiring agents, get our “green” designations, and come up with a “green” program for listings and sales.  Feel free to chime in with suggestions. 

Short and sweet this time.  More when more develops.

Whoa… it’s been a while.

So the thought is to open a “green” real estate office.  What does that mean?  We’re hammering it out.  We hope that it’s going to mean several things:  A “green” office, a “green” real estate resource center, agents trained in “green” homes, and “green” agents who take a more conscious look at the world around them.
